Big B's Cache Supplies is Closing--Let's Go Out With One Final Cache-Out

There’s no easy way to say it: Big B’s Cache Supplies is closing.

Being part of this community has meant a lot to me. Whether you’ve ordered from the website, checked out our products, shared the shop with a friend, or followed along online, thank you. Every bit of support has helped make Big B’s what it is.

Before we wrap things up, we’re giving the shop one final sendoff.

Starting October 14, 2026, we’re launching the Final Cache-Out Sale, with 40% off everything, free gifts at different spending levels, and a few surprises from the Big B’s back room.

We’re clearing out the shop—not just making room for the next shipment.

40% Off Everything in the Shop

We wanted this final sale to be simple.

No hunting through a tiny clearance section. No wondering whether your favorite item is included. We’re taking 40% off everything in the store.

Maybe you’ve had your eye on something for a while. Maybe you want to stock up on supplies for your next batch of hides. Or maybe you just want a few stickers and something fun to remember Big B’s by.

Whatever brings you to the shop, this is your final opportunity to grab those items directly from us.

It’s a chance to pick up something you’ll use, something you’ll share, or something that will head out on your next geocaching adventure—all while helping us clear out the remaining inventory.

There isn’t another restock around the corner.

Free Gifts With Qualifying Orders

The discount is only part of the send-off.

We’re also working through the extra goodies, supplies, and odds and ends we’ve collected along the way—and putting them into qualifying orders.

Rather than leave those items sitting in the back room, we’d much rather send them out to the people who have made this business possible.

The more you spend, the bigger the free gift level you qualify for. Here’s a closer look at each one.

Spend $20+: Mystery Big B’s Swag

Reach the $20 spending level and qualify for Mystery Big B’s Swag.

This is a little surprise to make opening your package more fun. We’ll be pulling from the extras we have available, so you won’t know exactly what you’re getting until your order arrives.

It’s a small thank-you tucked into your package and a fun way to send some of our remaining goodies off to new homes.

You’ll know what you bought. The extra is the surprise.

Spend $30+: Big B’s Swag Pack

Reach the $30 spending level and qualify for a Big B’s Swag Pack.

This level brings a bigger helping of Big B’s extras. Available items may include stickers, pin-buttons, log strips, notebooks, and other goodies from our remaining supplies.

The exact mix will vary as we work through what’s left. These aren’t identical, prepacked gift sets—we’re keeping them flexible so we can put the remaining extras to good use.

If you enjoy geocaching swag, little surprises, and finding a few unexpected things in your package, this level is for you.

More goodies, more surprises, and a little more Big B’s in your order.

Spend $50+: Back Room Bonus Bundle

Reach the $50 spending level and qualify for the Back Room Bonus Bundle.

This is where the final cleanout gets especially fun.

We’re digging into the back room for a larger assortment of remaining extras, including the possibility of some unusual Big B’s pieces. Alongside smaller goodies, select bundles may include items such as our own banners or signage, depending on what’s available.

Not every bundle will look alike, and not every item will be something you normally see listed in the shop.

This is our chance to clear out those last interesting odds and ends—and your chance to receive a little piece of Big B’s that you might not otherwise have been able to buy.

Part freebie bundle, part Big B’s sendoff.

Free Bear Blaze Hot Sauce for the First Five Qualifying Orders

We’ve got one more bonus for a very limited group of shoppers.

The first five orders of $30 or more will also receive free Bear Blaze Hot Sauce.

That means only five qualifying orders get this extra, not every order placed during the sale.

Once those five bottles have been claimed, the hot sauce bonus is finished. If you’re hoping to snag one, keep that limit in mind when the sale opens.

A little heat for the final cache-out.

The Geocaching Vlogger Is Helping Us Say Goodbye

I’m excited to have Joshua, The Geocaching Vlogger, involved in giving Big B’s a proper sendoff.

We’re working together on a sponsored video about the closing and the Final Cache-Out Sale. It’s a chance to share what’s happening, highlight some Big B’s products, and help more people in the geocaching community hear about the sale before the remaining inventory disappears.

I really appreciate Joshua helping spread the word. Having him involved makes this final chapter feel a little more special—and a lot more fun.

Whether you’ve been following Big B’s for a while or you’re discovering the shop through his video, I’m glad you’re here for this last adventure.

When It’s Gone, It’s Gone

This is a closing sale, so availability will change as orders come in.

If a product sells out, we won’t be bringing in another batch. The same goes for the free extras: we’re working with what’s already here, and the selection will change as those items head out in packages.

That means the shop may look different from one day to the next. An item available at the beginning of the sale might not be around later, and the mix of free goodies will change as we work through our supplies.

If there’s something you really want, shop while it’s still available rather than count on finding it later.

The store is closing, and this is the last of what we have.

Thank You for Being Part of Big B’s

Before anything else, I want to say thank you.

Thank you for placing orders. Thank you for telling other cachers about the shop. Thank you for taking an interest in the products and supporting a small business built around this hobby.

It’s easy to talk about discounts and inventory, but the people behind those orders are what have made Big B’s meaningful.

Every order represented someone choosing to support what we were creating. Every shared post, recommendation, and bit of encouragement helped the shop reach a little further.

I hope the things you’ve picked up from us keep finding their way into new hides, onto your favorite gear, and along on plenty of future adventures.

The store may be closing, but those items still have plenty of places to go.

Thanks for being part of the adventure.
