We do our best to get your geocaching goodies out the door and on their way as quickly as possible! Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer standard shipping through USPS and UPS, with rates calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Occasionally, we may use other carriers to ensure timely delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time
Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service delays.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships. Keep an eye on it as it travels your way!

Shipping Issues or Delays
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at [your email] and we’ll do our best to help. However, once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
